We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic: All 50 states within the United States
  • International: We do not ship internationally as of now. 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

For international orders:

  • Standard International Shipping: Typically 7-15 business days. Costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited International Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days. Costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of carriers to ensure timely delivery, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or by logging into your Vincimus account.

7. International Orders

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Vincimus is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before finalizing your purchase.
